During the ten-year period ending September 30, 2011, Peters & Co. has acted as lead or co-lead manager of over 185 public and private energy equity offerings totaling more than $8 billion. The total value to all syndicate members of these public and private equity, and convertible debenture financings where Peters & Co. has participated is in excess of $39 billion.
Peters & Co. has also acted as a financial advisor, over the same ten-year period, in over 130 energy merger and acquisitions transactions with total transaction values of over $41 billion.
