During the ten-year period ending December 31, 2008, Peters & Co. has acted as lead or co-lead manager of over 160 public and private energy equity offerings totaling more than $5 billion. The total value to all syndicate members of these public and private equity, and convertible debenture financings where Peters & Co. has participated is in excess of $24 billion.
Peters & Co. has also acted as a financial advisor, over the same ten-year period, in over 110 energy merger and acquisitions transactions with total transaction values of over $42 billion.
